객실에 구비된 기물, 가구, 소품을 오염(침구 오염 포함), 훼손, 분실 및 파손하셨을 경우 변상이 필요할 수 있으니 주의해 주시길 바랍니다.

전열 기구 및 화기 사용 금지

화재 위험 방지를 위해 인덕션 외 화재 위험성이 있는 전열 기구 및 화기, 초, 향, 폭죽 사용을 삼가 주시기 바랍니다. 사용 시 강제퇴실의 사유가 될 수 있습니다.

금연 안내

화재 위험 및 쾌적한 객실 환경을 위해 모든 구역이 금연 구역으로 지정되어 있습니다. 흡연 시 청소비를 부담하게 됩니다. (담배, 전자 담배 모두 포함) 담배를 피우시는 경우 외부에서 흡연 부탁드리겠습니다.

상업적 촬영

상업적 및 제품 홍보 목적의 촬영을 원하시는 분은 사전에 협의 후 예약을 진행 바랍니다. 사전에 협의가 이뤄지지 않은 상업사진 및 영상 촬영은 금합니다. 무단 촬영하여 사용하실 경우 법적 조치가 이루어지니 유의 바랍니다.

분실 및 도난, 유실물 규정

어 베터 플레이스는 고객 유실물과 관련하여 대한민국 민법 제 253조에 따라 모든 유실물에 대해서는 6개월 보관 후 폐기합니다. 부패가 예상되는 식품류는 즉시 폐기합니다. 또한 현금 또는 귀중품의 분실, 도난 등에 대해서는 호텔이 어떠한 책임도 지지 않음으로 양지하시기 바랍니다.

주차

건물에 따로 마련된 주차장이 없습니다. 자차 이용 시 주변 유료주차장을 이용해 주세요.

More than 3days staying, we refresh the room condition free of charge.

Food

As the room does not have a kitchen, only light food and beverages are permitted.

Wear slippers

Take off your shoes in the room and wear the slippers provided.

Lost and damaged items, appliances, and props

If you lose, damage, or contaminate items(including bedding) in your room, you may need to reimburse, so please be careful.

Prohibition of Heating Appliances and Open Flames

To prevent the risk of fire, please refrain from using any heating appliances or sources of fire other than the induction cooktop, as well as candles, incense, and fireworks. Any use of such items may result in immediate eviction.

No Smoking

For fire safety and a comfortable environment, all areas are strictly non-smoking. A cleaning fee will be charged if smoking occurs. (This includes both cigarettes and e-cigarettes.) If you wish to smoke, please do so outside the property.

Commercial Photography

Guests wishing to conduct photography for commercial or product promotional purposes must discuss and obtain approval in advance before making a reservation. Commercial photography or video filming without prior approval is prohibited. Unauthorized photography or filming for commercial use may result in legal action.

Lost and Found / Theft Policy

A Better Place stores all lost and found items for 6 months in accordance with Article 253 of the Civil Act of the Republic of Korea, after which they will be discarded. Perishable food items will be disposed of immediately. Please note that the hotel assumes no responsibility for the loss or theft of cash or valuables.

Parking

There is no designated parking available in the building. If you are arriving by car, please use one of the nearby paid parking facilities.
